Step 1: CEFR Testing & Counselling

Upon request and in liaison with the HR department or the individual client, we organise CEFR-based language assessment and counselling sessions to determine the candidate's current proficiency level and learning objectives.

Step 2: The Offer

Based on the assessment results, we prepare a detailed report and submit a tailored proposal outlining the recommended programme, methodology, and course structure.

Step 3: The Contract

Once the proposal is accepted, the Agency prepares the service agreement and issues the corresponding invoice.

Step 4: Programme Delivery

The learning journey begins. Through carefully structured lessons, practical communication, simulations, and continuous exposure to the target language, participants develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in line with CEFR standards and their professional or personal goals.

Step 5: Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Throughout the programme, we continuously monitor learner performance and provide regular progress reports, feedback, and recommendations to both participants and, where applicable, the client's HR department. This ensures transparency, measurable outcomes, and timely adjustments to the learning plan.

Step 6: Re-enrollment & Continuous Development

Language learning is an ongoing process. Upon programme completion, participants may continue with the next CEFR level, specialised modules, business communication training, or bespoke development programmes tailored to their evolving needs.
